Auto Stock Deduction
When a sale is recorded at the POS or an order is saved, KopasAI deducts the sold products from your stock. Tap Check Low Stock to get a WhatsApp list of products below their minimum level; products with a saved supplier number can also send that supplier a restock request.

Set a minimum stock level for each product. The default is 10.
Overdue Invoice Reminder
Customers with an unpaid invoice past its due date get a WhatsApp reminder, repeated every 7 days until it is paid. You can also tap Collect Receivables to remind customers with overdue debts right away.
