What are Meta's fees?
Meta charges per conversation. On the paid plans (Kecil, Menengah, Berkembang) we pass these through at cost, with zero markup.
Is there local support?
Our support team is based in Indonesia and works to WIB hours. Coverage expands as we open new markets.
Is my data safe?
Every plan includes encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, with data stored on Google Cloud in an ASEAN region.
What happens when I run out of template messages?
Kecil includes 75 template messages/month, Menengah 130/month, and Berkembang 330/month. Once a plan's quota is used up, template sending stops until the automatic reset on the 1st of next month. Upgrade for a higher quota.
