Customers earn points automatically when they buy, move up member tiers as they spend, and redeem rewards you choose.

What You Can Do.
Points on Every Sale
By default 1 point per Rp 1,000 spent, earned on orders and on POS sales with a customer selected. You can change the rate.
Member Tiers
Default tiers: New, Regular (Rp 1,000,000 spent or 20 visits) and VIP (Rp 5,000,000 or 50 visits). Add or edit tiers yourself.
Rewards
Create redemption rules as a percentage discount, a free item or a fixed voucher.
Point Expiry
Points do not expire unless you set an expiry period in Points Rules.
Cancelled Orders
When an order is cancelled, the points it earned are taken back automatically.
Member Balances
See the balances you hold for customers in Member Balance. Balances are your own records, not a wallet run by KopasAI.
How It Works.
- Open Member Points.
- Check the Points Rules and Member Tiers, and change them if you want.
- Add redemption rules for the rewards you offer.
- Points are added as customers buy; see them under Members and Points History.
Good to Know.
- Redeeming points and adjusting balances are not available as buttons in the app yet.
- Tier-change messages on WhatsApp are sent only once the message template is approved by Meta, and need a plan with template messages.
