When You Sell.
Every POS sale and recorded order deducts stock automatically. Stock is kept per outlet, POS sales deduct from the outlet you sell in, and you can see which products are running low.

Reorder.
Set a minimum stock level for each product (default 10). Products below it are highlighted in the app, and Check Low Stock sends the list to your WhatsApp. Reorder suggestions are based on your recent daily sales.

Suggested reorder: 20 units, based on recent daily sales (example).
Export Your Stock List
Download your stock list as a CSV file at any time. Bulk import from CSV or Excel is not available yet; products are added in the app, and the phone camera can scan a barcode into the SKU field.
