TikTok Shop

Connect your TikTok Shop to import its products and see its orders in KopasAI; new orders are checked every hour. Changes you make in KopasAI are not sent back to TikTok Shop.

Payments (Menengah and Above)

Take QRIS, e-wallet and virtual-account payments for your orders and invoices, processed through Midtrans. The payment status updates the order in KopasAI automatically.

Chat Channels

WhatsApp (through Meta's official sign-up), Telegram, LINE, Facebook Messenger and Zalo OA. AI replies work on all five; replying by hand from the app works on WhatsApp and Messenger.

Using Other Software?

KopasAI does not connect to SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems today. A developer can read your products and orders through the read-only API. Tell us what you use.
