01 Acceptance of Terms (Penerimaan Syarat)
By accessing or using KopasAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms comply with the ASEAN Framework on Digital Data Governance. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02 Data Localization & Compliance (Lokalisasi Data & Kepatuhan)
KopasAI operates in compliance with personal data protection laws across ASEAN member states (e.g., Indonesia's PDP Law No. 27/2022, Singapore's PDPA, Malaysia's PDPA 2010). Your business data is encrypted and securely stored in localized data centers where legally mandated.
03 Merchant Responsibilities (Tanggung Jawab Penjual)
As a merchant, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must ensure that any products or services sold via KopasAI comply with local consumer protection laws and do not include prohibited items.
04 Limitation of Liability (Batasan Tanggung Jawab)
KopasAI provides the platform 'as is'. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruptions.
05 Termination (Pengakhiran)
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to KopasAI immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms, particularly concerning fraud or illegal activities.
06 Subscription & Payment (Langganan & Pembayaran)
KopasAI offers free (Mikro) and paid (Kecil, Menengah, Berkembang) subscription plans. Paid plans are priced and charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only, and are billed either monthly or yearly according to the billing cycle you select at checkout. Payments are processed by a licensed payment processor acting for PT AMCORE TECH INDONESIA. A paid plan is activated once the payment processor confirms your payment. When you change plans, the unused days of your current plan are converted into days on the new plan in proportion to the price of each plan.
