What You Can Do.
Built In
Signing is part of KopasAI. No third-party signing account or setup is needed.
Link and One-Time Code
The signing link is valid for 72 hours. The customer confirms with a 6-digit code sent by WhatsApp or email, valid for 10 minutes.
Tamper Check
The contract PDF is fingerprinted with SHA-256 before it is sent, checked again before signing, and the signed file gets its own fingerprint.
Audit Page
The signed PDF ends with an audit page: signer name and contact, time, IP address, how the code was sent and the document fingerprint.
Company Seal
Upload your seal as a transparent PNG in e-Sign & KYC Settings. It is placed on your side of the contract.

How It Works.
- Open a sales order and tap Initiate E-Sign.
- Confirm the customer's phone number.
- The customer opens the link, draws their signature, enters the code and ticks the consent box.
- The signed PDF with the audit page is saved to the order.
Good to Know.
- E-signature is available after your identity verification (KYC) is approved.
- Contracts use the platform templates for Indonesia; you cannot write your own template yet.
- Your customer signs by hand in the browser; your side uses your seal.
